POLICIES

A deposit of 50% is required to hold a reservation for the tea items. The reminder of the balance is due 5 days before the delivery date.

There is a $100 minimum rental order to deliver to the location.

Items can be dropped off between 6am and 2pm. Items will be picked up 24 hours after drop off.

Cancellations and refunds:

If the client chooses to end the Contract within 30 days prior to the delivery date the Client forfeits the return of the 50% deposit.

Refunds are not given for unused items.

Damaged, Lost, or Broken:

The renter is responsible for the retail value of items in case of  damaged or lost while in their possession.

Cleaning Instructions

Chantilly Lace kindly requests …please do NOT hand wash or put teaware in dishwasher. We ask that the teaware is free of crumbs and drink then repacked in the cases they arrived in. The cloth napkins and table runners can be repacked in the plastic baggies provided, then back in the silky bags.  We will clean and sanitize everything when they are returned. Thank you.
